These are a live, gentle healing meditation classes, held online during a weekday lunchtime. They are designed to help soften mental tension, ease habitual over-thinking, and support a sense of quiet inner strength.
The sessions are guided, but unforced, and they are suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators. You don’t need to achieve anything — you can simply listen and follow the guidance to rest your attention.

It is best to be seated for the beginning of the session. Ensure you have a good chair positioned in front of your device before the session begins. You may wish to use a blanket/mat to lie on for some or all of the meditation elements.
